Boat & Breakfast in Venice
Admiring St. Mark’s Square from the lagoon, a golden vision sparkling in the sunset, is a unique experience – as is exploring Venice and its islands from a privileged vantage point: on a yacht, navigating between the mooring posts which line the canals.
From February to May, Italycharter welcomes you on board from the splendid wet dock of the island of San Giorgio, offering you the chance to spend each weekend on board a Bavaria 50 with our Boat & Breakfast formula, or on a cruise in the Venice lagoon.
Carnival of Venice (Feb 4-21)
The season opens with the Venice Carnival (4-21 February): masked balls, roaming theatre troupes, the grand toast at the wine fountain, but above all, the Venetian festival on the water, and the flight of the angel – when you can admire the water procession which reaches Cannaregio, and the flight from St. Mark’s bell tower of the city of Venice’s secret costumed guest.
Sailing in Venice and its islands: Burano Murano Torcello
No less charming is the prospect of a spring cruise around Murano, Burano and Torcello, to discover the secrets of the master glassblowers, the multi-coloured houses, exquisitely-made lace and the historic legacy of ancient settlements.
America's Cup (May 10-22)
This seasonal offer wraps up in May, with the impressive sails of the America’s Cup (12-20 May) set against a unique architectural backdrop. With Italycharter, you can sail right up to the edge of the regatta area by day, and sleep on board by night.
